Please note OKX will perform a scheduled system upgrade. You can check the upgrade time on the Status webpage. During the upgrade, all trading bots and certain order types will be affected for about 5 minutes for all users. Other trading features won't be affected.
Stop order: can be placed but can't be cancelled nor triggered.
Trigger order and trailing stop: can't be placed, cancelled, nor triggered.
All trading bots: can't be placed, cancelled, nor triggered. Trading bots include spot grid, futures grid, arbitrage, recurring buy, smart portfolio, moon grid, time-weighted average price, and iceberg.
The upgrade will last for 20 minutes approximately. We will resume trading activity to normal as soon as possible. Thank you for your continued support!
